A 20+ year Seattle local and currently a Madrona resident, Lance has lived in neighborhoods throughout the Seattle area. He earned his BA in Sociology at the University of Washington and his Masters in Psychology at Antioch and has worked for top Seattle employers including WAMU, AT&T and Colliers.

He provided me with recommendations for painters, handyman services, window washers, stagers, and photographers, etc, all of whom balanced expertise with budget. The miracle: he pulled it all off in 4 days and within the budget! By this point, Lance had earned my complete trust, gratitude, and frankly, awe.

But as they say, the proof is in the pudding: how would we do once the property hit the market? The numbers tell the story best: after just ONE day, we were approached by several interested parties. Lance handled his communications with these interested parties skillfully, resulting in an offer that surpassed our highest expectations by almost 10%. We came to find out that this sale was the fastest ever in the community’s 14-year history. I simply couldn’t have been happier.

It also deserves mention here that my whole family has enjoyed all the time we have spent getting to know Lance. He is personable, caring, and incredibly easy to talk to (which is important given all the counseling that agents’ have to provide clients along the roller coaster ride of real estate!). When you tell people you’re single, self-employed, and looking for a house under $300k in the Seattle area that isn’t a “fixer upper”/health code violation they often emit a delighted chuckle because they think that surely you must be kidding (or just delusional). In this market??? Not happening.
